While we understand that life happens, it's important for clients to follow the policies set forth at Harger Roots Dry Bar to ensure that you have a great experience.
Cancellations
Clients that do not provide a 24-hour notice, will be responsible for paying for the full price of their scheduled service. A credit card is required to be on file for all services.
No-Shows
No-show appointments will be charged the full price of their scheduled service and will be unable to book another appointment. A credit card is required to be on file for all services.
COVID & Sick Policy
Every effort will be made to ensure that appropriate and hygienic practices are in place before, during and after your visit. However, I reserve the right to request the use of masks when surges are present from the CDC. If you are ill or present with physical illness symptoms during your appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled for another date.
Refunds
All services and products are non-refundable. While we seek to ensure that you go home with a style that makes you feel amazing, we understand that we might not be able to meet your expectations. minor adjustments to styles may be made within 72 hours of your service.
